We were once again recognized at the DNA+Fenalaw Analysis Awards

We were recognized in the “Marketing” category with the case “Boosting the generation of new opportunities for the firm”, and in the “Management” category with the case “Educating for the Legal Profession”.

The marketing case considers the challenge of generating opportunities in a highly competitive market and how the firm has acted to offer an excellent and strategic service and commercial experience.

The results have been extremely positive. Compared to 2021, we recorded a 25% increase in the number of business opportunities generated by marketing.

The second case recognized was “Educating for the Legal Profession”, entered in the “Management” category. Knowing that legal training at law schools does not prepare graduates for legal practice and that the curriculum is focused on theoretical aspects and scientific divisions, the “Educating for the Legal Profession” project of the Marcos Martins Advogados Study Center was developed to fill the gap left by traditional legal training.

The aim of the project is to get lawyers to act as strategic partners for companies, offering more effective solutions in line with the challenges of the business world.

As a result, we have seen a significant improvement in the level of satisfaction with our service. Every six months, we carry out the NPS survey with our clients and by analyzing the data from the last two surveys, i.e. the 2nd half of 2022 and the 1st half of 2023, we were able to see a 5% improvement in the level of client satisfaction with our legal team.

Among the comments justifying the scores given, 50% refer to the technical level, competence, quality of the service provided, intelligence in the strategies adopted, etc.

The recognition reflects our efforts to develop and perfect processes that create innovative solutions for our clients.

About the award:

The award is an initiative carried out by Editora Análise and Fenalaw, Latin America’s largest trade fair for the legal market, and aims to recognize successful cases in five categories in the legal market: Diversity and Inclusion, Management, Marketing, Technology and Innovation.

The 2nd edition of the award was attended by 138 law firms from all over the country, representing 36 cities in 17 states.

Of the 138 participating firms and the 305 initiatives entered, only 85 firms received recognition.
